Procedures for graduates and students withdrawing from studies to settle accounts with the Library

Upon completing your studies at Vilnius College, you must settle your accounts with the library.

To settle your accounts with the library, you must:

•    return all borrowed materials;

•    pay for lost or damaged items by replacing them with equivalent ones (ask the faculty library staff);

•    pay any accrued late fees (late fees of up to 2 EUR do not need to be paid; we will waive them).

You can check your borrowed items and the amount of accrued late fees by logging into your account in the Virtual Library. (How do I log into my reader account?)

Students with no outstanding debts do not need to do anything – library staff at the respective faculty will mark the payment status in the system.

Late fees should be paid to the Vilnius College bank account:

AB SEB Bank
Recipient: Vilnius College
Company Code: 111965131
Account: LT76 7044 0600 0147 2160
Payment Purpose: Late fees to the library (first name, last name)

After paying the late fees, you must submit a copy of the receipt or transfer to the faculty library to which you owe the fee, or send it via email.

If you have any questions, please contact the staff at your faculty library.
