Additional subject specific eBook collections on EBSCO

In this pandemic times when using e-Books is a natural alternative to traditional books, EBSCO decided  to support us in our efforts to provide end users with as wide choice of eBooks as possible.

Taking into account that eBook Academic Collection is in high demand at our institution and due to constant general increase of interest in eBooks, EBSCO offered us free of charge 6 month access to 3 subject specific eBook collections. These collections were selected to be in line with the studies offered by University and will be a perfect companion to our currently subscribed EBSCO eBook Academic Collection.

The collections have been added to Vilnius kolegija / UAS  EBSCOhost profile and will be active till the end of June 2021. Please find below description of the collections.

eBook Clinical Collection
Offer clinicians and students unlimited, anytime access to essential clinical e-books. This subscription collection features thousands of hand-selected e-books designed for use in clinical settings, biomedical libraries and academic-medical institutions.

eBook EngineeringCore Collection
This e-book collection helps professionals broaden their knowledge of the engineering industry to help support decision-making, facilitate product design and implement industry best practices.

eBook Education Collection
Support the research needs of students and faculty in the study of education. This e-book collection covers a broad range of education topics from curriculum building to student behavior and dynamics.
