Testing of new EBSCO databases

Academic Search Ultimate and Business Source Ultimate databases were added to EBSCOhost platform and now are available for VK academic community. The Trial access to these databases for members of Lithuanian Research Library Consortium was activated for 3 months and will last until 31/12/2019.

Academic Search Ultimate is a robust multidisciplinary academic database, offering researchers and students large collection of full text journals from hundreds research areas, such as animal science, anthropology, astronomy, biology, chemistry, engineering, ethnic and multicultural studies, general science, geography, geology, law, mathematics, music, pharmaceutical sciences, physics, psychology, religion and philosophy, science and technology, veterinary science, women’s studies, zoology and many more.

Academic Search Ultimate is a higher version of Academic Search Complete database and contains:

• the whole content of Academic Search Complete;
• additional collection of over 3,000 full text journals

• MORE active, full-text journals covered in citation indexes:  SCOPUS® and Web of Science

Business Source Ultimate provides students and researchers with a broader, more global perspective in their business research, helping to track business trends and topics worldwide with thousands of English-language and native-language full-text journals from Europe, Asia, Oceania and Latin America. The database is a robust business database, containing the whole content of Business Source Complete and additional collection of over 1,400  full text business journals. Subjects include accounting, administration, banking, economics, finance, human resources, management, marketing and many more.
